Public bug reported:
The problem is as follows;
I have a drawer with a width of 32 pixels on a panel in the bottom right
hand corner (however, this occurs wherever I place the drawer so
location is of no importance). When I click the drawer first time, it
appears where it's supposed to, above

gotten a lot better since I upgraded to 9.04 and Firefox 3.0.10. I still
have problems with heavy sites and it's still a problem with more than
12 tabs and a music player running, but not as bad as before. It's
usable now ;)

Right! I may have some sort of solution. I recently lost my old drawer
when I accidentally removed instead of moved it. I then created a new
one with almost the same elements, only I added a Force quit
misbehaving applications-applet as well and now it works like never
before.

I know I don't have it, but I most certainly did have it and it seams
it's people who are still affected by this.

I can confirm this on two computers. One with 15.10 and the other with
14.04 (LTS version). Thing is, gMTP is working fine out of the box on
both computers so the issue is not the hardware.
I have had problems with MTP ever since android switched to MTP (various
phones, various computers) but
Sorry, was too quick. Should add that I have tried various workarounds
with udev rules, the workaround in comment #40 etc, nothing seems to fix
the connection out of the box. I need to rely on gMTP for transfer.

Most certainly not a problem with hdmi connection. I have had windows

it is very clear that as soon as you move the mouse after a period of
idle, the problem occurs. Also if the computer receives a notification
