systemd-udevd consumes 100% of CPU
To manage
1) This happened only once so perhaps not worth investigating more.
2) I have now updated to the 16.04 HWE stack. Will report back if this
happens again.

My laptop (HP EliteBook 850 G2) hangs on attempt to suspend with similar
looking backtrace. Hard poweroff is required to recover.
