rtl8192e driver got into the kernel after 2.6.31, so it's not included
in karmic. You can try some newer version of mainline builds to see if
the wireless driver works. Check http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-

I can reproduced the problem on both jaunty karmic (git commit
fbd7e6585b121f5b3c6f43150eb96c8c99307a43) AMD64 and tested the patches
on the kernels. This patch solved the error in /proc/iomem on both
kernels.

[Latitude 2120] bluetooth
I would like to nominate the patch as an SRU for Oneric atm:
Impact:
The bluetooth does not work after resume. The test is a standard step and
performed in Canonical's OEM QA and Certification process. So it will cause
much troublesome.
Development Fix:
Oneiric is still under the
sponsoring needed.

I checked the dmesg with and without rts5139 blacklisted, there is no

This is an old bug 595896 as much the same as this one. I sent a patch
upstream at the time but it was not got merged then.
