Yes. I can confirm this. when I add clock applet to classic panel it
does't display any appointments from local evolution calendar . Although
Evolution Task, Location Contact birthday displays properly. And as
Jose reported, calendar dates with appointments are in bold, which means
its reading

I can confirm, This bug is still present in ubuntu 12.04. As Nicolas
mentioned when using gksu in terminal it does respect the timeout, but
when gksudo is called via gui, it doesn't. The only option is to
explicitly set timestamp_timeout in /etc/sudoers.

Add the ppa from launchpad.net/~glatzor/+archive/syncevolution.

Gnome removed hard-coded toolbar style setting from gtk-3.10. Earlier
it was possible to add
gtk-icon-sizes = panel-menu-bar=16,16:panel-menu=16,16:gtk-large-
toolbar=16,16:panel=8,8:gtk-button=16,16
to ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.
But now, gtk-icon-sizes are completely ignored. This is a too
it doesn't work on Ubuntu 13.04 with evolution 3.8.

On Natty, my problem is somewhat similar. I have set gnome-power-manager
icon policy to Low (only show battery icon on panel when its low)
use_time_for_policy to False finally modified thresholds %(20=low,
15=critical battery, 10=critical action).

Also after more testing I found out that, it doesn't show calendar color
or clock icon for online calendars added to evolution. In saucy, for
online calendars, it uses evolution calendar color for all events.

Has this fix really landed on 13.10?
If I add a online calendar in evolution(for example RTM events public
ical file) it shows wrong date time in indicator-datetime even though
it shows correct time in evolution. Evolution uses system timezone
ical file uses same time-zone as system-time
I can not reproduce the problem in Trusty. So it only affects saucy.
