1) Matlab 2008a is running,
2) Thunderbird is executed.
3) Compose window is opened
4) A piece of code is copied and pasted ito the window.
5) Thunderbird crashes.
6) Thunderbird crashes on execution if MATLAB is still running

might be a duplicate of pasting action from Jabref, but since it is a
different software I decided to send it as a different bug.

This is not the case for me, I still have this problem although my Caps
LOck key enables when I press it and disables with a second one. It is
only detectable when you are typing something really fast, like your
name with capitalized first letters, or your password if it has caps.

ridiculously when tring to open and edit this particular css file, which
is not that large.

Lyrae, it is not still working on my side.
But I noticed that when I had a problem with my GUI and I was reverted back to
the default gnome skin, I had found the problem solved. Right now it is still
malfunctioning as told.
