Workaround appears to be 'ssh-add -d' to remove the dynamically added
identities - it then seems to reload from identity file and includes the
key comment.

I have confirmed that overwriting gnome-keyring-daemon with an older
version from ub16 does return the behavior to expected.

Update - that ssh-add -d did not actually work. It appears that it does
get the 'ssh-add -l' output back to correct, but any attempt to actually
USE the agent immediately re-adds the entry with only the filename/path
as the comment.

Interesting, in my case, reverting just xfdesktop to 4.10 from ubuntu
14.04 does NOT fix the issue.

My guess on this is that the underlying problem is the change from
-if(gtk_widget_has_screen(GTK_WIDGET(desktop)))
-screen = gtk_widget_get_screen(GTK_WIDGET(desktop));
-else
-screen = gdk_display_get_default_screen(gdk_display_get_default());
to just using the gtk_grab fu
Just did some further testing that may help track this down. Reason
downgrading on ubuntu didn't help is that I wasn't paying close
attention and downgraded to 4.11, and not 4.10 since 4.10 wasn't in the
package repository.
What this indicates to me is that the problem was introduced between
4.10.
Seeing on 15.10 as well, killall pulseaudio also fixes.

For those that are winding up at this bug report from searches looking
to resolve the problem - regardless of platform, here's a quick "fix":
* Move the keys out of ~/.ssh
* gnome-keyring-daemon -r -d
It's certainly not an actual fix, but will at least resolve the
immediate annoyance.
