I have just observed this bug in v0.92 on Windows 10.
i.e., sodipodi:docname not updated following "Save As ...".
I noticed when the svg file appeared blank when I upload it to my
WordPress site library. The previous version of the file had uploaded
without problem so I compared the two versions
Sadly, I cannot reproduce this behaviour, but it definitely occurred :{
Incidentally there was/is no path, just the filename.
