images from the ubuntu-cpc project and verified that snaps are preseeded
in the image resulting in reduced seed times during first boot. I'm

Test builds completed for ubuntu-cpc for xenial, bionic, and disco and

When we encounter a failure in 'lb binary' the launchpad builders can
only surface the build output from stdout. If the binary hook failure
implicates the archive we can not determine fault without the apt
proxy log. Backporting the patch from eoan will dump the pr
Test builds with -proposed on xenial, disco, and bionic show that the
proxy log is written to stdout on failure in a binary hook. Marking
this as verification-done.

Individual image builds need to be broken out for the ubuntu-cpc project
to allow for build parallelization. This feature exists for eoan and
disco.

Build all image targets for all architectures and ensure consistent output
compared to existing build

When there is an error with the apt proxy the headers are not returned
which makes debugging hard.
[Test Case]
This was tested on xenial when the release lacked the InRelease file by-
hash. It's hard to test otherwise unless there are problems with the
archive.

added a depends on ubuntu-image but that package is not available on
xenial for powerpc. So powerpc image builds are failing. :(
