Ok, so empty AUTOSTART_FOLDER/LOGIN_DESTOP_PATH will be the problem. When I install Guake via apt, those python variables are empty. When I download sources from git and make install them, those python variable are set correctly and "Start Gnome at login" works as expected! I suppose it is
