I've been experiencing the same problem under the latest Kubuntu Karmic
(vanilla install of Alpha 4; all updates since then; I made no
modifications whatsoever in /etc.)

on Kubuntu Karmic w/all recent updates.
Blacklisting usblp and chgrp lp /dev/bus/usb/bus/device helped (I
can now print one document at a time), but after each successful print
job, the job is shown as still pending and 'usb'
I experience the same problem.
KDE desktop effects enabled, otherwise all graphics settings unchanged
from whatever was auto-detected during installation.

I am also affected by this bug. It only occurs in ~1 out of 3
suspend/resumes and can be fixed by sudo systemctl restart
NetworkManager. I am using ubuntu 16.04, with all updates available
until today. My hardware is a thinkpad t440s with the following wlan
card Intel Corporation Wireless 7260
still present in 16.04...

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

some problems and i had to abort bisecting
so the last good commit was a71c9a1c779f
and the last bad commit was 03b22057e8ed
