@Mario, Given the efi / user space split, how the fwupd userspace app
report the metadata back to lvfs?
The point is: with the split, even if the fwupd efi is upgraded, and the
user space app is not, will the version in the metadata bump version? If
not, we still need to SRU the user space app.

Per information from vendor, they still struggle to debug whether what
they saw is a HW/FW issue. Per project status, we decide to SRU 1.5.11
back to focal.
Per check upstream git, there is no new fix in the 1.5.X breanch.
Now we have a new fwupd 1.5.11-0ubuntu2 in impish, because it enable

** Description changed:
per lp:1920723, we need to upgrade focal/lib cat to version 0.1.3-2 (as
in groovy) from version 0.1.0-2.
libjcat in focal is in universe, we need to MIR it.

Per my understanding, for focal, we still wait for sbat-compatible fwupd
landing. Without that, the new shim will make the current focal/fwupd
failed in secure-boot-enabled machine.

background:
- the CVE involved seems to be an low impact one [1]
- we never use fwupd + jcat 0.1.0-2 in any ubuntu release. given there
are some other changes between 0.1.0 and 0.1.3, it's harder for us
to tell if testing coverage is good enough or not given we didn't involve

per check history of fwupd 1.3.x in focal, we do have a change history that
includes CVE-2020-10759
The logic in the CVE has been moved to jcat after fwupd 1.4.x. Given so it
seems reasonable either to SRU jcat 0.1.3 with the patch for the CVE, or we
include the patch to jcat 0.1.0 in focal.

On impish:
$ apt-cache rdepends libjcat1

I will be similar on focal if the fwupd in the proposed channel is
installed.

The patch has been merged in lp:ubiquity by Iain Lane. Per my
understanding, the next few steps are:
1. land in impish.
2. SRU to hirsute
3. SRU to focal.
