1) I removed the USB external disk while booting 5.4-rc5 it didn't change anything. 2) There is nothing to get debug logs, even the ethernet chip isn't powered on at the stage where system freezes. No output on screen either. As I said before, keyboard doesn't work either. Right now I am keeping
