I don't need to map ivrs to boot 5.1 successfully 100% times. Seems like you need to have secure boot disabled (i did it like last summer) and iommu ENABLED (my laptop comes with it disabled cuz i only have 1 gpu integrated in CPU). Please confirm that 5.1 boots for you without any tricks
