actually I"m not sure how i should mark this status. It's fix released
as it's not broken in saucy (or raring). i can't mark it as affecting
precise as it only affects precise-backports, but that is not a valid
target.

Still haven't actually reproduced, but marking confirmed as I believe
it's valid.
This should be fixed when 0.9.0 is backported.
