architecture and boils out with a nicer error message in case of
non-x86:
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:144 (message):
Unsupported target architecture 'armv7l'. No support_???.cpp file exists
for this architecture.

Trying out git master is no better.
Disabling optimized code-paths still does not compile, as intel specific asm is
used in the generic scalar implementation and helper functions.

I don't see 1:2.8.1-0ubuntu3 in the archive, nor in the upload queue,
nor in sponsorship queue. Jonathan, where is this fix or should I look
into fixing this FTBFS?
