Ted, that's one of the most reported issues on e.u.c for utopic, maybe
we should turn that off if we don't plan to work on it? that would save
bandwith for users and noise

There's not much we can do here as we're given the AppID from the
application calling us. I'm going to mark it as wishlist as we could do
more validation of the AppID, but I really don't think we should *have*
to, it should be the caller's responsibility.
