Hello, The issue mentioned above as a blocker has been resolved on Jun 21, 2016. Any Open MPI version starting from 1.10.3 supports MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE correctly. It has even become the default and the option was removed altogether in version 3.0.0:

As long as https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi/issues/157 is open it seems not advised to turn on --enable-mpi-thread-multiple. Apparently OpenMPI-2.0 will have improved support for MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE, but it is in release candidate status still. -- You received this bug notification because you
