Thanks for providing the requested information. I briefly tested this by
installing ca-certificates-java on a 15.10 vm, but I was unable to
reproduce the issue.

Based on the error message, have you done any changes to the password
for the keystore or this a first install?
Also, could you please execute the following command, as it will automatically
gather debugging info
