I've managed to find a path to reliably reproduce, ironically while
attempting to provide further information:
In both Chrome & Chromium, selecting the above stacktrace, rightclicking
and selecting "Copy" crashes X.

Running Chrome like so seems to be a somewhat reliable workaround
(fingers crossed):
