I have the same issue, plus, the x360 have 9DOF IMU on the i2c bus (I
guess) but I didn't find any way to get the data out of them (they
should be on the motherboard but I can't find it...)

I am not sure if this is the right or only package package if dealing
with this sort of hardware support issue but as far as I do understand
right now udev is hanling the assighment under systemd, esp if the keys
need to be present in X.
