Same error here. I've updated BIOS of my barebone ASUS M42 and it keeps flooding my syslog: xhci_hcd :00:14.0: WARN Event TRB for slot 1 ep 2 with no TDs queued? I think it is related to usb/smartcard reader Ubuntu 15.10 server x64 Linux ubuntu 4.2.0-30-generic How can I silence this
