I'd like to view in Today scope the place where I am. And may put
manually coordinates or so of my place in order to see the weather
correctly

To clarify for Frieze, the Nearby Scope picks up its location from
either GPS or IP geolocation using unity-scope-shell even thought under
"Location Settings>>Using GPS only" is selected? At least Nearby
displays "Where am I" ... except for me the location data is incorrect
(corporate VPN issue)
Pretty sure this is not a scope implementation bug.
Scopes just get their location passed in from unity-scope-shell.
I notice that nearby scope shows the gps derived precise location, and
that scope uses the same shared object as the today scope, so when an
