Sorry Daniel but I can switch the flight mode off and on as many times as I want without having access to the cellular data switch. It may be disabled because it's crashing and hence not successfully enabled. Check bug 1607079 to see if that fix helps you. Right after update from OTA-11 to OTA-12 cellular data switch is disabled in the system settings. In the OTA-12 there is quick access to the cellular data switch in the indicators (#1373463), but also is disabled. Doesn't help: - reboot; - on/off flight mode; - switch 2G/3G/4G; - operator search.
