Given the report of the user that after reboot all was fine and the fact
that 1.12 is on its way in the archive I'll set this to incomplete.
Please if it occurs again, especially with the newer versions reset it
to new.

This actually happened while I had my kernel updated and did not reboot. Once
rebooted it was all fine.
Not sure if you want it closed or not under the circumstances.
