mini.iso mini-info & d-i fake status file correctly declare full
Status file has correct:

version string.
mini.iso is correct too:
$ cat .disk/mini-info
Ubuntu 16.04 "xenial" - amd64 (20101020ubuntu451.6)

* Move master kernles to 4.8.0-19.
* Use full version as BUILD_DATE string in the build process, such that
mini.iso mini-info & d-i fake

Test case now exists, accepting for xenial as well. Thanks!

The fix is committed to yakkety branch of d-i and will be included in
the next yakkety upload. However, there is no change of behaviour in
yakkety at all. As point versions are only used in LTS releases / SRUs.
I guess I can make the next upload to have a weird version number to
test this in yakket
This is missing a fix in Yakkety and a test case, etc
