since mediascanner doesn't seem to crash so much in 16.10 ...this might
be way harder to reproduce / isn't as much of a problem.

Looking at your CrashReports.txt file it seems that mediascanner has
crashed. This would cause apport to then run and information to the
crash file before sending it to the Ubuntu Error Tracker.
