Public bug reported:

Install usbguard and usbguard-applet-qt in apt comand.
Set the IPCAllowedUsers of /etc/usbguard/usbguard-daemon.conf and restart 
usbguard-daemon daemon.
Start usbguard-applet-qt and we click on the icon.
But window does not appear.

usbguard command is operating.
