I think the relevant error is this one: AttributeError: 
'ReleaseNotesViewerWebkit' object has no attribute 
'_on_navigation_policy_decision_requested'
However, because you don't have all the logs attached to this report, please 
could you refile the bug (with the same log, but pointing out that that last 
line is probably the error in question)? I think that will make your report 
more complete.

Oh, you'll want to use the command `ubuntu-bug update-manager` after
reproducing the bug again to report the bug with logs. The command will
automatically fetch the data for you.
