Public bug reported: INCLUDE_PATTERN currently does not do what it says it does because the licensecheck -c option is broken zesty. (It doesn't do anything.)
We've disabled the affected autopkg tests for CopyRightTest module for the time being. We need to re-enable them once the bug is fixed upstream.
