I've already reworked it, and have been using it since then.
Unless this information helps with some known bug or symptom, I suggest
just ignoring it.
I can't see how to close or otherwise disposition this report, so I'll

Such errors are not caused by a bug in the package that failed to install, but
rather due to the whole system being in a inconsistent state.
I recommend you ask to a support channel what to do to bring it back to
something usable.
