It's under zesty lxc-create -name jessie-armhf -t debian -- -a armhf -r jessie while the same architecture under Ubuntu using zesty creates without errors. Might be related to another bug that was marked invalid but I don't know how this differs from using the Ubuntu versus the Debian templates
