I have tried testing with the different sequences of releasing keys and also specific programs being maximized or minimized but I am still experiencing no difference. I can confirm this issue in Ubuntu Mate 17.10 Alpha 2. Hi So I've noticed something, because like you it was my impression that HUD activation was not systematic. Here's what I think is happening: - When Super is released before alt, HUD doesn't pop up. - When Alt is released Before Super, it shows up every time.
