After the third most recent upgrade (2.1.2), Rednotebook wouldn't open
and disappeared from the Launcher.

No warning or any other clue was provided on screen as to what was the
problem.

The rednotebook.log file shows:

2017-08-08 21:13:49,275 INFO Writing log to file
"/home/rainer/.rednotebook/rednotebook.log"
2017-08-08 21:13:49,275 INFO System encoding: utf-8
2017-08-08 21:13:49,276 INFO Language code: es_NI
2017-08-08 21:13:49,448 ERROR PyYAML not found. Please install it
(python3-yaml).

I am not aware of having uninstalled python3-yaml (how can I check?), but if I
did, it can only have happened via 'apt autoremove' - but being a requisite for
rednotebook it shouldn't have been included for autoremove.

If it wasn't installed beforehand, rednotebook should pass the package
name to apt for additional install.

** Affects: rednotebook (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
