It appeared that this bug was actually invalid. It is the %f parameter
that is submitted for the directory selection and %d gives, as expected,
the parent directory of selection. So check what you actually want to
achieve with passing the parameters to the custom action.

Same here.
It looks like when it sees the current directory as "selected object", it
treats 1 level above it as "working directory".
