  * build hunspell-en-{us,au,ca} from here. The versions in

scowl is not being autosynced because of the binary takeover that is a
bit tricky, I asked for manual sync

I saw the reaction on . So the
maintainer of the hunspell-en-us package tried to roll his own but
failed, and the conclusion is to keep the version from 2007 instead of
making use of the maintained one provided by lo-dicts? TBH it makes
little sense to me.

@Mattia: Any advice? Can't help playing with the thought to do this in
Ubuntu only. It's US English we are talking about, after all.

libreoffice-dictionaries is synced from Debian, so this change should be
made at the Debian level. I'd advise you to also file a src:libreoffice-
dictionaries bug report to Debian, where you can refer to the one
already filed for hunspell-en-us. Doing so might increase the chances to
get the right persons' attention. :)
