Public bug reported:

Position the Transmission window such that its bottom right hand corner
is against the bottom right hand corner of the screen. (But do not
maximise the Transmission window.) Click the ratio/transfer button in
the bottom right hand corner of the transmission window.

The menu that pops up will fall off the edge of the screen (see attached
screenshot). This also affects all tooltips and right-click context
menus (but not the menus near the top of the window, even if it is
positioned far down the screen).

None of these problems occur when the Transmission window is maximised.
