NoDisplay means the item shouldn't be listed in menus or the shell
overview, there are some UIs that list those items though (like the
gnome-control-center notifications panel, that's required to be able to
turn off notification from component like the one we are discussing.

@Andrea: Maybe a stupid question (haven't looked at the source), but why
did you bother to make the strings translatable if "NoDisplay=True"
applies?
