Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to a folder that contains .h and .cpp files
- double-click on a .cpp file
- double-click on a .h file

Expected:
both should be opened by default with the same application. I'd say it would
make more sense that it was gedit rather than vim, given that gedit is the
default for most other extensions that typically correspond to other
languages, e.g. .php, .java, etc. But anyway, .cpp and .h should have the same
default

Observed:
the default for .h files is to open in gedit; the default for .cpp files is to
open in vim in a terminal. That's just stupid.
