Public bug reported:

Hello,

sorry for my english, be helpfull please.

With kubuntu 18.04 beta 1, I try to assign shortcut to global shortcuts
KShutdown.

Exemple Ctrl+Alt+S for reboot. That doesn't works.

I have tried a lot of test, logout, shutdown, lockscreen .... with a large
combinaison for shortcuts Alt+F10, Ctrl+Alt+X.... even Ctrl+Alt+Del (hihihi)
whithout any success.

The file .config/kglobalshortcutsrc is changed correctly.

In ksmserver, same shortcut Ctrl+Alt+S for reboot works fine.

** Affects: kde-systemsettings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
