Second time does not work for me - neither the third, nor the tenth. Once I lock the screen, there is a chance the GNOME environment will reject all password attempts to lock it and I have to lose all my work by forcing a restart. This is a very serious problem. Is there a workaround available?

I confirm the bug on Ubuntu 18.04 + Gnome-Shell It appears only after a locked screen, not at startup. When I type my password to unlock, the first time always fails. The second it OK. If I type any character, then delete all with backspace and retype the password, it is OK at the first time.
