We aren't building daily xenial ISOs currently (since we're past the last point release), but I checked the log for the latest bionic daily: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu- cdimage/+livefs/ubuntu/bionic/ubuntu/+build/154102/+files/buildlog_ubuntu_bionic_amd64_ubuntu_BUILDING.txt.gz and it looks like this is verification-failed, because the log shows livecd-rootfs 2.525.12 from -proposed being used, but http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/bionic/daily-live/20190110/bionic-desktop- amd64.manifest doesn't show the snaps (e.g. gnome-system-monitor).
