In addition, if I downgrade ubiquity in Disco to 18.10.12 from cosmic,
all seems to be well.
Looking at that further, if I just extract the generated kbdnames.gz
from 18.10.12 package and use it to replace the one found in 19.04.1 and
later, the error appears to go away and I can proceed to a
