Note to SRU members: the Test Case on the bug is a bit incorrect, as the 30s delay test should only be performed later, after finalrd is landed and the iscsi changes backported. Installed $ dpkg-query -W finalrd finalrd 3~ubuntu18.04.0 And reboots continue to work just fine. the CPC test case can only happen, once the open-iscsi hook is backported too. needs verification.
