Ubuntu-Unity-Meta provides ubuntu-unity-desktop. It hasn't been updated because it needs to be sponsored and I myself don't have the upload right. If you see git commit you will see it has several commits after bionic release. The person who is maintaining that before is suffering from cancer and it was left like that before. We carry a updated version in the unity maintainers ppa.
