It's en_US all over, and with your current settings you are not affected by the bug I mentioned. ~/.pam_environment is created automatically if/when you change Language or Formats in Settings -> Region & Language. It simply saves the specific settings for your user as opposed to the system wide

Hi. Me again. :) AFAIK the Time Format selector (in Settings -> Details -> Date & Time) sets a dconf value which affects the clock in the top bar only. I just tested on 19.04, and can't find that it affects gnome-terminal at all. It's possible that bug #1842256 affects you. To find out, can you
