Hi, Ubuntu update solved the problem for me.
Today runs my weekly Ubuntu update. After the update I recognized that the
problem was gone. To verify it, I reboot (was not required by the todays
update) and tried to recreate the problem.
No chance after one hour of mouse and keyboard inactivity.

to #13 I had only bugs from Friday in /var/crash. Because of this I
cleared /var/crash before I reproduced the error. After the Error was

to this bug:

In particular, look at https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID where ID is the

find any links to recent problems on that page? If so then please send

1. Reproduce the issue again.
2. Reboot and then immediately run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
3. Attach the file
I have done:
sudo apt remove gnome-shell-extension-*
apt-cache policy gnome*
reboot
Problem still exists.

Check ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions Empty
Reboot
Error still exists!!!

the newest chrash file is 4 day old! So it can't be a crash which cause the
problem because yesterday I documented every thing I known about the error.
To #3 I start working on it. Came back soon.

At the same time, it is possible something crashing is causing freezes

Hi,
forgot to inform for another bypass:
pressing the lock key an the laptop lock my screen. Entering the password
unfreeze the mouse and keyboard.
