[Bug 1873719] Re: Relatar

2021-08-07 Thread Paul White
Google translates reply as:

Good Morning!
My problem when updating my notebook with Linux version 16.04, with a lot of
regret that I did it, I can't handle with the old times, the shortcuts are all
different, the mouse command is just bad to work, it just happens that it gives
command when it stops on I did another update to 19.04 yesterday, but it's
still bad. What can be done to improve it? I've tried everything.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You obviously experienced a desktop
environment change when upgrading from Unity to GNOME Shell. There's not
much that can be done about the changes that were forced upon you but
hopefully you have now become used to the new look of Ubuntu.

Sometimes it is better to raise problems you are having in the support
tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if
they are bugs. You can also find help with your problem in the support
forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking
at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org.

I'm closing this as "Invalid" but please feel free to report any
specific issues you may have about the current Ubuntu desktop
environment against the appropriate Ubuntu packages.
