I just updated to hirsuite-proposed. 0.15.0-0ubuntu4.1 fixes the issue
of the offset rubber band.
However, it doesn't fix a related but smaller issue: The monitor that
I'm *not* doing the selection on gets a thin orange line on the edge
adjacent to the monitor that I *am* doing the selection on.
