Correct: patch "e1000e: Add handshake with the CSME to support S0ix" is
_not_ for bug 1919321. Previous revertion has been removed. So from
staging.9 there will be both this csme handshake patch and ubuntu sauced
work-around for bug 1919321.

meant to be a clean fix for bug 1919321. To test this correctly,
starting from version 5.13.0-9010.11+staging.7 that fix for bug 1919321
will be reverted.
