[Bug 1937252] Re: e1000e: add handshake with the Intel CSME to support S0ix
This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed- focal' to 'verification-done-focal'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-focal' to 'verification-failed-focal'. If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you! ** Tags added: verification-needed-focal -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1937252 Title: e1000e: add handshake with the Intel CSME to support S0ix To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-next/+bug/1937252/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1937252] Re: e1000e: add handshake with the Intel CSME to support S0ix
Correct: patch "e1000e: Add handshake with the CSME to support S0ix" is _not_ for bug 1919321. Previous revertion has been removed. So from staging.9 there will be both this csme handshake patch and ubuntu sauced work-around for bug 1919321. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1937252 Title: e1000e: add handshake with the Intel CSME to support S0ix To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-next/+bug/1937252/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1937252] Re: e1000e: add handshake with the Intel CSME to support S0ix
For patch "e1000e: Add handshake with the CSME to support S0ix", it was meant to be a clean fix for bug 1919321. To test this correctly, starting from version 5.13.0-9010.11+staging.7 that fix for bug 1919321 will be reverted.
