I'm not sure how we can meaningfully improve upon this. The command line parser receives a list of options filtered by commands present and then doesn't find it, so it tells you it's not a valid combination of the options you specified (install and --no-triggers). Triggers are mandatory for a consistent state of the system, APT provides no means to override them. One could pass -o Dpkg::Options::="--no-triggers" perhaps.
